Multi-version search: Allow search on more than just the current book #170

Currently, search will only search on the current book of the particular type.  
We should allow the search to search on a different book, so that features like 
Strong's.

This is also needed to make the version switching in issue 101 nicer since it 
would not have to change the main Bible to use Strong's search when the main 
Bible does not have Strong's.

Another desirable feature would be searching in more than one Bible and 
combining the results.

Searching more than one Bible at a time seems to be supported well by 
http://www.simplybiblesearch.com/MainSearch.php.  They may also use synonyms.

Also worth thinking about is how these search results and displayed (e.g. in 
preferred version, in the version that the word(s) matched in, ...).  If it is 
in the preferred version, it will probably be difficult to highlight the words 
that are matching the search.  Another possibility is to try and match things 
where word 1 is in one version and word 2 is in a different version.
