Scripture tooltips shouldn't separate adjacent verses #173

Many scriptural references in TSK, commentaries, dictionaries, etc. separate 
adjacent verses with commas (e.g. Genesis 1:5,6).  In a scripture tooltip, this 
gets shown as two separate references (Genesis 1:5 and Genesis 1:6), separated 
by a horizontal rule.  These should be combined into one reference, Genesis 
1:5,6, and displayed as such.
