tags not updated automatically when editing #175

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. add a tag to a Bible verse, say Acts 3:19
2. open the Manage Topics window, locate the tag and change the Passage field 
to Acts 3:19-20
3. hit Tab and the contents of the reference are updated in the Manage Topics 
window, but NOT in the main BPBible window.

You need to click on a verse link in the main window for the tags to be updated.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Tag updates should be triggered whenever tags are actually changed.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r1066 on Linux

If the problem happens with one particular module (Bible, commentary,
dictionary, or book), what module is it?

Please provide any additional information below.
Same problem when adding or deleting tags from the Manage Topics window -- 
changes are not reflected in the main window until you click a verse number 
link, for example, or another link.

This is a known problem, and is impossible to fix nicely with the current 
rendering engine.  It will be fixed in 0.5.
