Nepali User Interface

Why is this feature needed?
With translation help from Nepal Bible Society I've completed the UI for 
Nepali. Attached are the files needed to make a Nepali User Interface for 
BPBible.

What problem will it solve?
This also fixes a minor problem in the names of books with numbers in their 
names.  As an example - 1 Kings was showing as "1 राज" where it should 
have been "१ राज".  This is fixed in the attached localization files.

Are you aware of any programs that have this feature or a similar feature?

The version in beta 1 didn't have some of the translations in the Display menu. 
 Beta 2 will have them.
