Going to verses that are missing does not scroll to the current verse #182

If you have a verse which is not present in the current Bible (e.g. Mark 7:16 
in the ESV) and go to it, then it will not scroll to that verse (because it is 
not present to scroll to).  Instead, it will stay up the top of the chapter.

We should make it scroll to the next verse above or below the verse.
