possibly misleading typo #409

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open several files in codimension
2. Modify them externally (say, commit them into the svn, expanding svn 
expansions)
3.swithc back to codimension. Red banner will pop-up with three choices:
- reload
- continue editing
- reload all non-modified files

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
shouldn't it be "reload all modified files"

After a thoughtful discussion with Sergey, it was decided that "reload all 
non-modified buffers" should replace existing line.
