UI icons for "delete all" and "delete single" items #436

Currently there is a misleading usage of the "trash bin" icon.
In some places it deletes just a single item, e.g. in the "recent" tab while in 
some others it deletes all items, e.g. in the the "ignored exception" list.

What should be done is as follows:
- pick good icons for:
  - delete all items button
  - delete single item button
- use them throughout the IDE uniformly
- make sure that there are always both of them where applicable
