Add a toggle for optional output of a SopProcedural as native Houdini geometry 
using the IECore::CapturingRenderer.

You might want to hold off on this one until we figure out how to deal with 
IECore::Groups in Houdini. I think most procedurals would be returned by the 
CapturingRenderer as an IECore::Group containing various IECore::Primitives. 
Groups in Houdini is on my todo list, but not at the top...
