Source control not available on project root #135

What Plugin does this relate to? What version of the Plugin?
Project 1.5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a project whose root directory is a versioned dir (I used svn)
2. Right-click the root directory of the project

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
In the popup menu, versioning-related items should be enabled. Instead they
are disabled (but they are correctly enabled if you right-clic on files and
subdirectories)

What version of Editra are you using? On what operating system?
Editra 0.5.32 on Windows Vista
