Request for an API for the Projects-plugin #167

What Plugin does this relate to? What version of the Plugin?
The Projects plugin, version 1.7.

The reqeust:
0. The Projects-plugin would be perfect for user customization using an API 
like the one for the main window.

1. Be able to add more buttons to the main Projects-frame, beside the "Add 
project" and "Remove project".

2. Be able to add a project to the Projects-window in code, using the requested 
API. May be redundant if we can add custom buttoms like described in #1.

3. Add menu items to the context menu in the Projects window.

What version of Editra are you using? On what operating system?
Version 0.6.26 on Ubuntu 10.10 ( and Windows7 ).

Please provide any additional information below.
