What Plugin does this relate to? What version of the Plugin?
CommentBrowser (latest)

What version of Editra are you using? On what operating system?
I use the svn-trunk of Editra on Ubuntu 8.04

Feature-Request:
Display all Task (TODO/FIXME,..) of the files in a defined
directory/project never mind if they are open in Editra

Decided to not do, the Find In Files feature of Editra can already handle this 
and 
can do so in a much more efficient manner.

Closing as WontFix
