Add options to make toolbar customizable for adding/removing extra buttons.

Require configuration screen
Require additional art resources in art provider.

Toolbar should accept a command that can run from a specified directory like 
Komodo Edit. Usefull to launch nosetests, fabric, gitk, python -m 
SimpleHTTPServer and other usefull utilities for developer. Icons can be from 
famfamfam, libreoffice or silk
