Split window functionality in editor window

In short to seperate scrollable views in the same (tabbed) window on te
same file.

This way you're able to view one part of the file and edit another.

Possibly switching between the views with <Ctrl>+<w> then <Up> or <Down>
(as in vi), or something like <Ctrl>+<Alt>+<Up>/<Down>. Assuming this won't
get in the way for people who work on multiple desktops with several rows
of desktops.

(Maybe implement customisable keybindings .. :-)
