[About dialog] Make platform info selectable and add more info #757

Hello,

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
+ In 'About' window display platform info in selectable textarea or add button 
to copy info to clipboard.
+ Add info about installed plugins (with ability to copy that info).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Editra v0.7.12 (rev 72338), Windows 7 x32

What method of install was your version installed with (Binary/Source)?
Source

If from source: What version of python and wxPython are you using?
python 2.7.2, wxPython 2.9.4.0
