What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. installing Qmenu on my softimage

What is the expected output? 
I am awaiting that Qmenu is installed ;)

What do you see instead?
just "This plug-ins is not installed: QMenuPreferences"

What version of the product are you using?
keyvisQMenu_Win32_Win64_091.xsiaddon

On what operating system?
Win7

Please provide any additional information below.
I`m using Softimage 2010

I had the same issue ("This plug-ins is not installed: QMenuPreferences") and 
here's how I fixed it.

Opened the script editor (or check Preferences/Scripting ). 
Noticed that Python wasn't a choice (only VBScript and JScript). 
Checked the Preferences and made sure that the "Use Python Installed with 
Softimage" was checked. 
Then I ran a Softimage Command Prompt and ran "runonce.bat". 
Restarted Softimage and now Python is selectable (along with JScript and 
VBScript). After that QMenu installed and loaded just fine.

Softimage 2011.5 SAP, Windows 7 64bit
