Can't turn off built-in myth:// comm skipper. I really do prefer my own comm 
skipper with the toaster notifications. Will probably have to request comskip 
disable flag get added to xbmc. On hold for now..

Slated for 1.0.3

Streaming Enabled added to Settings > MythTV

Requires a MythTV 0.23 (or lower) backend to work with XBMC 10.x
