mysql connection refused 10061 #113

I have the latest XBMC installed on Windows 7 and using Mythbox RC1

After I start the script, set recording folder, set mysql password and try to 
test settings I get this error

Mysql conection refused, 10061.

I'm not able to even start Mythbox. Please help.

Please attach your xbmc.log or mythbox.log. Locations are in the FAQ.

Solution for error 10061:

I have attached XBMC's log file. 

There is no Mythbox log file.

Do i have to install Mysql or Python to get this working?

According to your log file, your problem is:

SettingsException: Recording directory 'd:\multimedia player\xbmc\mythbox100' 
does not exist.

OK. I changed the recording folder to one that exist but I'm still getting the 
same error.
