Hours in timestamps are not displayed correctly. #131

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Go anywhere (such as the TV Guide, Watch recordings, recording details) where 
there is a timestamp.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The correct hour should be displayed. Anywhere there is a timestamp, the hour 
part is displayed as -I instead of the hour.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Dharma 4, OS X 10.6

Please provide any additional information below.
Minutes and AM/PM show up fine. This does not seem to affect performance or 
having the shows record on time. MythFrontend shows the correct times listed. 
Screenshot of TV Guide is attached as example.
