Ignore articles at the beginning of titles when sorting #172

I'd like to suggest that MythBox ignore articles ("the", "a", "an") at the 
beginning of program and episode titles when sorting.  For example, "The 
Adventures of Sherlock Holmes" would appear with programs starting with "A", 
not "T".  This is consistent with how the MythTV frontend sorts and displays 
titles.
