patch: add next recording weekday and day for home screen tuner status #184

I wanted to know more than just the time of the next scheduled recording in the 
home screen tuner status section.  I've added a new simple sub function to 
mythtv/domain.py to return the abbreviated day of the week and modified the 
strings.xml file to allow its insertion.

I hope others find this useful!

Typo:  title should ready "recording weekday and date"
