Watch TV Playback Results In Green Video #215

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Turn on hardware acceleration in XBMC > System > Settings > Video > Playback.
2. Run MythBox.
3. Select Watch TV, then select a channel.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see normal video, instead get green hued video (audio is normal). 
After about 5 seconds everything hangs and a power cycle is required to get the 
ATV2 functional again.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
XBMC 11.0, MythBox 1.1.0, iOS 5.0.1 on AppleTV 2 (Black), backend is Mythbuntu 
11.10 using MythTV .24, using Hauppauge HD-PVR

Please provide any additional information below.
This problem is not apparent anywhere else. I have tried changing Transcoding 
options in MythTV, but so far nothing has had any effect. This problem only 
appears when watching live TV stream. Debug log attached.
