What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.download xbmc for ouya
2.download mythbox via add-ons in xbmc
3.run mythbox
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
mythbox starts to load mythbox logo flicks for a brief second then get black
screen with an error box titled MythBox Error
Stage: Initializing Updater
Exceptioin:[Errno 2] No usable temporary directory found in...
(unfortunalty the rest of the error message is cut off by the error box) i am
not sure where i might find the error in a log file
if i knew where it was looking for a temporary directory i could try and create
one
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
New out of the box fully updated ouya (android 4.1.2)
xbmc 12.3 as downloaded from ouya store
mythbox 1.1.0 as downloaded via xbmc
Please provide any additional information below.
i have formatted a usb stick that the ouya can read, thinking this may act as
temp storage but no dice
