getTransform does nothing #277

pm.nt.Shape.getTransform is currently defined to do nothing...?
Also, pm.nt.Transform.getTransform exists, but also seems to always return 
None... but I don't see where it's defined from. (Auto-wrap from MFnTransform?)

Either eliminate these, or make them do something actually useful
