Please add a zip file for registry-free installation for the 64-bit version #781

Currently, there is a zip file and an exe installation file for the 32-bit 
version, but only an exe installation file (which requires admin privileges to 
use) for the 64-bit version. Please add a zip file with a standalone 64-bit exe 
file that doesn't require admin privileges so people who don't have admin 
access to their machines (e.g. users in a corporate environment) can still use 
PyScripter.
