QDevelop crashed with KOI8-R in sources texts #319

    Hello! I am maintainer of a QDevelop for ALT Linux. One of users has 
detected an error - the program falls, if in the program text there are 
Cyrillic characters (it is checked up in coding KOI8-R).

    Steps to reproduce:

    1. Close all projects
    2. Close all files
    3. Open attachment file
    4. To edit this file.

Version a QDevelop - latest from home site (0.25.2?)
OS - ALT Linux 4.0
This bug present in Gentoo (not a distribution specific bug)

For me in svn version 377 on Gentoo it's possible to edit and modify your file.
Cyrillic characters are of course not legible because the file doesn't contain 
any
information about encoding. Save all files containing non-ascii characters in 
some
unicode encoding (use UTF-8 to save space). Take a look at attached file...

Thanx! Latest from svn (339 with "for some reason parts of the translation got 
lost 
during the last commit") - bug now not present! It's worked!
