The double-click word selection grabs too much #341

Example: double click on "something" and something will be selected with
quotations. Is also affects signs etc if they're not separated from
selected text.

Lets try to do it in 0.28... Yet I'm not sure that we're capable of doing it.

Fixed in Qt 4.5.0. Cannot be fixed in QDevelop
