Wish: New class dialog enhancement #358

hi
can i ask you to enhance a "new class" dialog?
1. add please autogeneration a include file name into inheritance box
2. if inherit class name begin with Q - then generating #include <Q...>,
otherwise #include "file.h"

Hello, please provide your screenshot in English; Launch qdevelop in terminal 
with
"qdevelop -l English" before.

JL, it's just add new class dialog without any special.
