QtDesigner and Assistant are not launched from QDevelop #363

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Linux dynamic version with plugins 0.27-2
2. Try to open a ui file or try launching the assistant
3. All paths for external tools are correctly setted

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The Designer is not launched from the IDE when trying to open a ui, 
neither the Assistant comes up. It's strange because all pathes al well 
setted. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
QDevelop 2.27-2 binaries for Linux 
Qt 4.4.0 (rpm from Fedora Core 8)
OS Fedora Core 8

Please provide any additional information below.
The 0.26 version of QDevelop rpm works great in integration subjects
