left pane with line numbers does not respect custom colors #366

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use inverted color scheme (white on black) in Tools/Preferences
2. There is no way to change (now very annoying) hardcoded colors for line
numbers
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect customizable colors for line numbers. I see hardcoded black on white.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.27.4
