Request: IME would be set to off when input window being focused out. #11

I confirmed this behavior at trunk version of qimsys, on 64bit Linux and
maemo5. (32bit linux is not tested)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enabled qimsys IME in the input box.
2. Focusing out from the box
3. Re-focusing in the input box, or focusing into another box, qimsys IME
remains on.

I'd like qimsys IME status to be set to off when the input area be focused out.
It may be better if it is selectable by user...? I don't know :-P

Thank you for you great work. I tested but it doesn't work as I intend. I'd
like qimsys to be set off when input window is focused out AND KEEP IT OFF even
if re-focusing in the same or any other input window, IME would be enabled by
manual. Could you consider it again?
