Id3v1 vs. Id3v2 #217

Qmmp handles only Id3v2. I've many mp3 files that have only id3v1 tag. I wish 
that qmmp can 
handle id3v1 tag when needed (in playlist and "current playing" window).
One more: if an mp3 file doesn't have any tag, in playlist will display its 
filename.

Did you use mpeg plugin settings?

Ooops. This is the solution :) Sorry...
But the filename-request (when id3 tag not avaliable) still exists..

why is not default set to id3v1,id3v2 and ape,it would be better...

I agree; at the very least it should default to ID3v2-then-ID3v1. I was about 
to file this same bug myself.

The attached patch, against SVN trunk, implements this change.
