Setting that will prevent stop on begining/end of playlist. #474

When Repeat option is off and you pressing next/prev on end/begining 
(respectively) of playlist so that there is nothing to jump to, playback stops.
I'm suggesting to add an option in settings that will define playback behavior 
in situations like that. Wether to stop playback or just do nothing (like it is 
in winamp for example).
