Automatically save playlist after adding or removing items #536

I find it useful for the playlist(s) to be auto-saved when tracks are added or 
removed. This way the playlist is preserved when QMMP does not manage to exit 
normally due to a crash, kill signal, failed resume after hibernation/standby 
or similar (also see issue 535).

The attached patch adds this feature along with an option in the config 
dialog's 'Playlist' section. A bit unfortunate is that the way it's done now 
means if multiple items are added at once, the playlist gets saved for single 
every item. Hopefully buffering I/O makes this less of an issue for normal 
use...
