Please make playlist browser into skinned widget #569

Playlist browser is great feature, improves usability enormously. Way more 
important than equalizer. Please make it skinable and dockable, like playlist 
itself. Moving though playlists will become single-click action when playlists 
browser is docked instead of equalizer.

I tried to do it myself, but my C++ is too weak yet.
