release 0.3 does not boot, hangs at procd : Init complete #13

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Download the 0.3 release image, flash it onto your existing sdcard
2.insert the card to a model B 256 MB ram Rpi 
3.It does hang and usb keyboard is not producing any keystrokes or numlock etc 
leds do not turn on

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The rpi hangs at stage procd : - Init complete-

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Rpi Model B 256 MB ram, Openwrt 0.3 release

Please provide any additional information below.

This happens to me as well. The console/keyboard is not working, But Openwrt is 
still running for me because I am able to access the web interface at 
192.168.1.1 on the ethernet and then set an admin password and then SSH into 
the RasPi.
Someone needs to find out why the console or keyboard is not working...

Flashed the "openwrt-brcm2708-sdcard-vfat-ext4.img-release_0.3.bz2" on a 512MB 
raspberry pi and it blocked looking for a keyboard. Unfortunately, I couldn't 
get through this error

I haven't used it the way you describe it but I managed to test it.
It is indeed a defect, I'm building a new version and have it probably
ready at the end of the week (hopefully sooner).

Ok it has been fixed.
You will have to flash the sd card with the new "0.3a" version.

I cant put this in the downloads section so I will attach this to
this issue.
