spawnlists don't update with new addon builds #6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install an old copy of the addon 
2. install the new copy of the addon

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You should see the new models in the spawnlist, instead you see the old ones.

All spawnlists are cached in Garrysmod/settings/spawnlist/

Should be fixed now anyway. (new spawnlists revision 422 (I think) have new 
names and
new models.)
