saves corrupt networks #74

when I load a save up, I find that every network in my save is messed up. 
screens dont work and I cant see any of the popup windows for items. also cant 
switch on or off any generators

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.build a network 
2. save game
3. take a break and then load game

What should happen? What actually happens?
SHOULD have working networks still. dont have them.

What version are you using (if SVN give revision number)?
not sure. just installed 2 days ago
