AUX file not found in build directory #1322

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Selecting the 'Use build sub-directory for output files' in the
configuration menu
2. Attempting to run bibtex after running pdflatex

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Bibtex should run and report no errors.
Instead, bibtex reports "I couldn't open file name `blah-blah.aux'" In other
words, bibtex does not seem able to find the aux file in the build directory.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
version 4.2 on Linux Mint Qiana

Please provide any additional information below.

I suspect the build directory is not being conditionally prepended to the
argument passed to bibtex.

Just take a look at the manual and at the tip for this option :
http://www.xm1math.net/texmaker/doc.html#SECTION42
Unfortunately, the "--output-directory=build" parameter is only supported by
the latex and pdflatex commands and not by bibtex
