Suppose you open a tex file, say doc1.tex, then compile it inside texmaker. Now
open another tex file, say doc2.tex, which contains a !TEX root command, where
the tex root is say doc3.tex.
Now close doc2.tex again, so that the active document becomes doc1.tex. Now if
you compile again doc1.tex, texmaker will actually compile doc3.tex instead of
doc1.tex! This issue causes some unwanted behaviour.
