Put file in foreground if opened for a second time #1420

If you open a file from a file browser (eg thunar) with texmaker which is
already opened in the texmaker instance but not in the foreground (as other
files are opened within texmaker), you do hardly recognise, that opening the
file worked. The editor with this file should be opened within texmaker.

By default Texmaker is a single instance program because of the pdf
syncronization (and with others viewers).
If you want to open the same file several times in a same instance :
- you can use the "source viewer" widget
- you can use the -n parameter ( a new instance will be launched but the pdf
synchronization can be broken)
