Yosemite Error : Can't open the dictionary #1450

Wherever I place folder Resources on the machine, Texmaker is not able to 
detect Dictionaries whatever path I specify in 
ConfigureTexmaker>Editor>Spelling dictionaries

1) You don't have to move the dictionaries and the Resources folder
2) You must select the .dic file
3) Can't be reproduced
