Error "could not start command : pdflatex -synctex=1 -interaction=nonstopmode %.tex" #1452

Hi, I am having a trouble in using Texmaker.
When I tried to compile my file in the Texmaker, I got the error "could not 
start command : pdflatex -synctex=1 -interaction=nonstopmode %.tex. Anyone who 
can help me resolve this problem?

Someone told that since the Texmaker is just an editor, I have to install 
MikTek also. So, I did. But still I am getting the same error. Could you give 
me your know-how for this problem? My setting is shown in the attached file.

Texmaker is preconfigured to work with miktex.
IF it doesn't work, you have a trouble with the miktex installation (not in the 
windows path?)
