Display mode doesn't work in fullscreen #5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. in game.properties, set fullscreen=true
2. start the game under windows

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
game runs in fullscreen mode

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
last, reproduced under windows XP

It seems the minimum required display frequency (75Hz) is not supported by all 
computers => decrease it to 60Hz!
