No Covers with prefetching

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start a playlist
2. in options auto add to library selected + prefetching on

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Having the songs in the folder with covers like when syncing manually after 
playing a single song.
Instead there are only covers when you do not precache a song.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.329

PS: I hope you will not have to cut off some features if this becomes popular. 
It is the best app I have ever used :)

Yeah, album covers don't get downloaded until you play the song.  If you want 
me to get the covers before you play the song, that's probably not going to 
happen.

I suppose I could grab the cover when pre-fetching is happening, that's not a 
bad idea actually.
