possibility to search with characters * before or after a word that you search for #87

Description of new feature.
in the searchbox ctrl+F should be the possibility to search for an artist with 
asterics * when the word should need to be 'super*' you can search everything 
that starts with super.
With *super you can search everything that ends with super

What is the expected output?
a seach-list

other character can maybe also possible
