Crash when the song title contains the symbol % #353

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Play a song that contains the symbol '%' in the title (i've tried with 
different formats, mp3, etc..)
2. Move the mouse over the winamp icon in the taskbar to make win7shell show 
its information
3. Crash.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It crashes instead of showing win7shell's window.

What version of Winamp are you using? What plugin version? On what
operating system? Make sure you read the FAQ before posting.

Winamp lite 5.622 with win7shell 2.0 on Windows 7 x64

Edit: It looks like this is related to the defect posted in Issue 344 
(Concretely, this is the reason why that problem exists)
