add nos.nl live streams of sport events #498

What version of XBMC are you using? On what operating system?
12.3 android 4.2.2

Please describe your requested features and provide as much information as
possible:

For example tomorrow there is a hockey match and in the weekend some ice 
skating of which the channel/link is not known beforehand.

Is it possible to add the beforehand unknown "live streams" from the nos.nl 
website to the XOT addon?

From a XBMC user perspective: When I open XBMC and select the XOT addon then 
select "nationaal>nos.nl>live streams>event_1".

Do they have a link for those on the npo.nl site? If so, could you please post 
it here?

At the moment they don't have a live link at "nos.nl", the link only appears 
when there is an live event.

There are now many live streams on http://nos.nl/os2014/ would it be possible 
to add those "dynamic" streams to your XBMC plugin?
