Skeleton Builder (new CST) not building rig for skeleton #12

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Build skeleton using skeleton builder
2. Create rig (I did not need to edit  the skeleton - just testing work flow)
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected the the rig  to be built
I get the following error:
# Error: KeyError: userName # 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using version downloaded on 20 July 2011
On maya 2011.5-x64

Please provide any additional information below.
Note :  if I run each rig building component separately - it builds it. 
(Although I get the same hand flipping error as mentioned in another bug)
