rosbridge_suite v0.11.11 breaks rosintegration #139

This commit https://github.com/RobotWebTools/rosbridge_suite/commit/5ac83ccd01d69e35ebbca6a9cc686c572cb6b2e4 where messages are encoded before being sent and decoded after being received, makes it so that no ros topics appear server-side even after a tcp connection is established

Thank you so much 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 I came back from vacation and nothing was working! I can confirm that downgrading to release 0.11.10 fixes the problem.
