Complained when loading roslisp_repl for the first time on one of the machines. Wouldn't start the REPL because of that.
Has nothing to do with roslisp_repl itself. Just happens if root created .emacs.d when Emacs was started for the very first time in sudo mode. Which makes .emacs.d write-protected for normal users.
